Q-Success was founded in 2001. Founder are Matthias Gelbmann and Amanda Delamer.

Matthias Gelbmann

Matthias Gelbmann is chief executive and consultant for Software Quality Management.

He studied in Vienna Computer Science and Mathematical Economics. He worked for many years in various management positions in different types of software development, including artificial intelligence, compiler construction, databases, embedded software and Internet applications. Prior to founding Q-Success, he held positions at Alcatel, Philips and Bank Austria Group as software engineer, software architect, quality manager, trainer, project manager and linie manager.

Matthias Gelbmann also works at solid IT as Managing Director and database consultant.

Amanda Delamer

Amanda Delamer is a consultant in Information Technology, specialized in network implementation projects.

She qualified as an engineer in Ireland and at postgraduate level in Microelectronics at Trinity College Dublin, and in IT Consulting at Danube University Krems. She has worked for many years in the IT industry with international companies in different countries. Her experience includes hardware development, design/planning/implementation of telephone and data networks, consulting, customer training.
